Additional information on NPPS
You may need additional information from NPPS to assist you in pursuit and enforcement of these penalties, for example:
- a compliance officer’s contact details
- details of the penalty assessment
- penalty type
- a company officer’s details.
DMB NPPS nominee
Accesses to NPPS are strictly limited, controlled and monitored by the Compliance Operational Policy Guidance Unit (COPGU). We have a small number of NPPS accesses that have already been allocated to DMB staff who are known as NPPS nominees and local arrangements are in place to communicate who holds an access in your area.
When you contact an NPPS nominee please give them the Head of Duty reference or penalty ID as this is needed to access NPPS.
NPPS nominees have separate guidance to tell them how to obtain the relevant information from NPPS.
