Maintain Customer Account in SAFE
There is no coded Agent’s file in SAFE and all Agent information is input and amended using this function.
Where the Customer Account information has been drawn from the Corporate Data Frameworks (CDF), you cannot change the designatory data in SAFE. The amendments must be made to the original source data. The updated details will be passed to SAFE automatically overnight. However, you can change the agent details and local signals such as ‘No Repayment/Reallocation’.
