Simplified procedures based upon Article 11 of Council Regulation 1383/2003: Explicit consent

Any one of the interested parties may agree to abandon the goods by giving the right holder their explicit consent. The right holder must then and provide a copy of the agreement to the case officer and confirm that they wish the goods to be destroyed.

Alternatively the agreement may come direct to the case officer from any of the interested parties in this eventuality the case officer should confirm that the right holder is content for the goods to be destroyed.
