The table below tells you the function or functions to use in particular situations.

To enter or amend date of cessation or striking off. ACTP (Amend CT Payer Details)
To amend the company’s AP record. MAPD (Maintain AP Dates)
To inhibit automatic repayments and reallocations for an AP. MAPS (Maintain AP Signals)
To set or unset the NAR signal and make a CT assessment for a CT Pay and file AP. PAST (Prepare Full Assessment)
To unset the NDR signal and make, reduce to nil, or reinstate a Revenue Determination. PRED (Prepare Revenue Determination)
To inhibit automatic repayments and reallocations for an AP. RAPP (Revise AP Pursuit)
To reallocate a COTAX overpayment against liabilities of the same company which are outside COTAX in the CT Unit Cumbernauld. REAO (Direct Reallocation Out Of COTAX)
To reallocate an overpayment on one AP against a liability for another COTAX AP of the same company in the CT Unit Cumbernauld. REAW (Direct Reallocation Within COTAX)
