The following forms are relevant to working cases on the Clerical Interest Indicator work list.

Form	Description
AZ44	Banking Operations form to obtain authority to discharge interest.
DN1	First payment application for the outstanding interest charge.
CT250(P)	CT Processing Office notification to the Banking Operations Office where COTAX is unable to handle the interest consequences of a relief displaced by a carry-back or a claim under S458 CTA 2010 (formerly S419(4) ICTA 1988) that the loan (or part of it) to a participator has been repaid. This is an eform available on SEES.
AOC714	Banking Operations Cumbernauld notification to the CT Processing Office of overpayment.
