Returns / notices: unlogging returns: functions

The table below tells you the function or functions to use in particular situations.

For details of how to access any of the COTAX Functions select Index of Functions on the left of the screen.

To check whether the ‘CII’ (clerical interest indicator) or ‘credit / debit interest indicator’ signals have been set. DAPD (Display AP Details)
To see a work list of overpayment cases where COTAX can not repay or reallocate automatically. LOPD (Overpayments List)
To see a work list of cases for which a return has been logged, but not yet captured. LRLC (Returns Requiring Capture List)
To revise APs and set up periods of dormancy and exemption. MAPD (Maintain AP Dates)
To see a work list of cases for which the penalty position requires review. PENR (Penalties Requiring Review List)
To see a work list of cases for which a return has been logged and captured for a CTSA AP, but no self assessment has yet been recorded. RSAW (Record SA List)
To see a list of all the work lists on which a particular company appears. TAXW (Taxpayer Worklist)
To delete the record of a return. URTN (Unlog Return)
To:  
  • check if an interest charge has been raised
  • determine the pursuit status. VPPD (View Payment and Posting Details)
