To record on COTAX that HMRC Finance has cancelled a payable order. For use when HMRC Payments receives form FAO1913, FAO1913B or FAO2601

CNPO (Cancel Payable Order)

To view the status of the cancelled repayment inhibit signal

DAPD (Display AP Details)

To check if the case is working with Government Banking and Payments 

DPUR (Display Pursuit Action)

To issue a repayment, by payable order or Bacs, that COTAX does not handle automatically

DREP (Direct Repayment)

To view a list of cancelled repayments

LCRT (Cancelled Repayment List)

To set and unset the Inhibit Reallocation and Repayment signal

RAPP (Revise AP Pursuit)

To transfer an overpayment to OAS

REAO (Direct Reallocation Out Of COTAX)

To reallocate an overpayment to another Accounting Period (AP) within COTAX

REAW (Direct Reallocation Within COTAX)

To view details of charges, payments and repayments, and a summary of the accounting position for the AP
