The following forms and spreadsheets are relevant to cancelled payable orders.

FAO1913

HMRC Finance no longer issue the form but use a Controlled Access Folder (CAF) instead to electronically notify the responsible CT office or Banking Operations of cancellation of a payable order on the ‘1913’ spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is completed when the responsible CT office or Banking Operations Initiate the cancellation of the payable order but do not request authority to issue a fresh payable order

FAO1913B

HMRC Finance no longer issue the form but use a CAF to electronically notify the responsible CT office or Banking Operations of cancellation of a payable order and provide authority to issue a fresh one on the ‘1913’ spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is completed when HMRC Finance initiate the cancellation of the payable order

FAO2601

HMRC Finance no longer issue the form but use a CAF instead to electronically notify the responsible CT office or Banking Operations of cancellation of a payable order on the ‘2601’ spreadsheet.  This spreadsheet is completed when the responsible CT office or Banking Operations initiate the cancellation of the payable order, and request authority to issue a fresh payable order

RF1449A / RF1960

HMRC Finance issues both of these forms with a covering letter to notify the responsible CT office or Banking Operations that a payable order has been intercepted by a third party with instructions to reissue the payable order
