Situation Function
To see a work list of cases where COTAX could not handle an overpayment automatically. LOPU (Overpayment Review List)
To see a work list of cases where payments are held in suspense record. LSUP (Payments In Suspense List)
To inhibit automatic repayment or reallocation. RAPP (Revise AP Pursuit)
To reallocate an amount from the OAS record to COTAX. REAI (Direct Reallocation Into COTAX)
To reallocate an overpayment to OAS. REAO (Direct Reallocation Out Of COTAX)
To reallocate money from one duty to another within a specified AP or, to one or more AP for the same company reference or, to a specified reference and AP. REAW (Direct Reallocation Within COTAX)
To reallocate an overpayment from one COTAX AP to another COTAX AP. REWD (Direct Reallocation Within COTAX)
To set or unset the following pursuit signals for all APs. Permanent Local Action. Inhibit: reallocation and repayments, repayments only. Correspondence to agent. RTPP (Revise Taxpayer Pursuit)
