COM10061 - Appeals: handling appeals and postponements: functions: determination of appeal

Situation	Function
To record the settlement of an appeal where there is no amendment required to an assessment or amendment or penalty determination or record that an appeal has been withdrawn.	HAPP (Handle Appeal)
To record the settlement of an appeal against a penalty determination where amendment to the liability is also required.	PPEN (Prepare Penalty Determination)
To record the settlement of an appeal against an assessment or amendment relating to an AP where amendment to the liability is also required.	RAMA (Record / Amend Assessment)
