COM10031 - Appeals: handling appeals and postponements: forms: appeals received in the CT Unit Cumbernauld

The following forms are relevant to handling suspensions.

AOC385 Form issued by the CT Unit Cumbernauld when charge is suspended.
AZ6 Form used by the CT Unit Cumbernauld to send correspondence to the responsible office or Debt Management office.
AZ20 Form used by the Debt Management and the CT Unit Cumbernauld to send correspondence to the responsible office. The charge may or may not be suspended.
