This page has also been updated to stress the importance of completing the Contact Taxpayer screen in the Contact stage of Caseflow prior to selecting the Proceed to Next Stage option. It also points you in the right direction of guidance to correct things if you inadvertently select the Proceed to Next Stage option prior to completing the Contact Taxpayer screen (COG22425).

COG22856 The Record Settlement page has been updated to provide those working Employer Compliance interventions with details relating to the necessity to select the add row icon on the Record Settlement screen just below Recovery Type & Amounts to ensure that the Recovery Section is opened so that the settlement details can be correctly recorded. 
COG22860 Changed details from waiting for a reply from the customer before you can proceed to close the case to include that if a reply is not required then the next action can be completed.
COG22940 Page updated. Link to BGN060/09 removed. Links added to new Agent Operational Guidance added on types of behaviour
COG23380 The Update Work Task Urgency page of the Caseflow Manager’s guidance has been updated to include some details relating to Better Data for Corporation Tax (BDCT) notifications and in addition the guidance in this section relating to Scanning has been expanded.
