The managing serious defaulters (MSD) programme: complaints

Any complaints about inclusion in the programme or handling of the case should be directed to:

The person should include the reference number and the address of the office that last wrote to them. Additionally, they need to identify exactly what they think has gone wrong and what they think should be done to put things right.
