Interests in possession: interests of minors: Trustee Act 1925

Where a minor has a life interest in settled property, he or she will on attaining the ageof majority or earlier marrying or registering as a civil partner become absolutelyentitled to any accumulation of income retained by the trustees during minority. Suchaccumulation may have been invested and include chargeable assets.
