Trusts: definition: settlor

There must be a SETTLOR, also known as a truster in Scotland and, in the case of atrust set up by will, as a testator. The settlor provides the initial property and laysdown in a deed or will the terms of the trust. In addition the settlor or someone else mayadd additional property
