CAPI17200 - Controls on the importation of reduced rates of duty on beef: frozen thin skirt

An import tariff quota under Regulation 748/2008 allows for frozen thin skirt of bovine animals to be imported at a reduced rate of ad valorem duty of 4%.

The quota number is 09.4020.

The product must not be above -12° C at the time of entry in to free circulation.

A licence is required to use the quota and they are valid until the end of the quota period, which is 30 June each year.

The quantity available each year is split in to two between Argentina and other third countries.
