Istanbul Convention Volume II Part 3; ATA Convention Part 1 - Annex to the Convention

An ATA carnet is made up of the following:

Voucher colour	Purpose
Green	The cover sheets both front cover and back cover. See ATACPD04355
Yellow	Temporary exportation and re-importation vouchers. The corresponding counterfoils are provided on a separate yellow sheet. See ATACPD04370
White	Temporary importation and re-exportation vouchers. The corresponding counterfoils are provided on a separate white sheet. See ATACPD04365
Blue	Transit vouchers. These may or may not be present depending on the requirements of the countries through which the goods are travelling to reach their destination. See ATACPD04375
