AGL6500 - Scientific referrals: Referral form
You can access the referral form (Excel 21KB) here (also available on the Unit of Expertise (UoE) intranet site).
It is headed REQUEST FOR REFERRAL FOR EXPERT OPINION and asks for details of the operator, site and AGL registration number.
It also asks you to confirm that the checks at AGL6200 have been done. As a brief reminder these are that:
- Information from operator to substantiate their liability is attached
- Trader’s own consultant report attached
- Their consultant’s qualifications
- Field study (Word 31KB)(This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)
- British Geological Society (BGS) report definitions considered
- BGS website checked, results are attached
