You can use this service to search for your health condition and report it to DVLA if you have a car or motorcycle licence.
This service is also available in Welsh (Cymraeg).
If you have a bus, lorry or coach licence, you cannot use this service. Check the A to Z list for your condition instead.
There is a different way to report your health condition if you live in Northern Ireland.
What you’ll need
You’ll need to enter some details about your current driving licence and your condition.
To search for the condition, you’ll need to say what type of licence you have and confirm your entitlement to drive.
If you’re checking for someone else, and you do not know the information about their licence, you can check the A to Z list for the condition.
If you report your condition to DVLA through the service, you might need to give your GP or consultant’s name and address.
Use the service
You’ll have one hour to add information once you start. You cannot save and return to your application later.
