Before you start

Check the eligibility criteria for Statutory Neonatal Care Pay.

What you’ll need

You’ll need the:

• details of the company
• details of the person responsible for dealing with the employee’s claim
• employee’s details, including their National Insurance number and address
• start date for the period that the employee is not eligible for Statutory Neonatal Care Pay, and the end date (if there is one)
