Sign in to your local authority payments account
Local authorities can use their local authority payments (LAPs) account to view information about payments they receive under extended producer responsibility (EPR) for packaging.
Under extended producer responsibility (EPR) for packaging, obligated producers must pay a fee on the packaging they supply or import into the UK.
These fees will fund local authorities’ costs of collecting and recycling household packaging waste.
Local authorities can use their local authority payments (LAPs) account to manage their payment information, including:
- viewing and downloading payment documents
- viewing and confirming local authority bank details
- raising a customer service ticket

- been nominated
- registered for a LAPs account
