Changes to this page include: updates to the 'Former Interested Person' section within part A. Rewrite of 4.1 within part C. (n) addition to 4.15 within part C. Rewrite of 4.19 within part C. Majority of 5.2 within part C rewritten with the addition of 'Conditional proposals' at the end of 5.2. Rewrite of 6.7 and additions to the end of 6.15 and 6.16 all within part C.
