NB: All Forms of Return have a bilingual version in English/Welsh denoted by the suffix ‘W’. Bilingual Versions are available except in the case of VO 6004, VO 6004(GN) and VO 6005. For these two supplementary forms (and respective guidance notes), totally separate Welsh and English versions must be used as required.
