We are currently recruiting for a Legal Adviser - Construction and Property to join the GCHQ Legal Team, providing legal support on major estates projects (which are often based on NEC3 terms or JCT terms) for design, build and fit outs to advising on property leases and licences, FM services and PFI arrangements.
GCHQ is also recruiting a Commercial Lawyer and Senior Commercial Lawyer.
Key responsibilities:
Being the day to day contact for clients, advising on construction and property law issues.
