Acting with integrity is a core value of the Regulator of Social Housing. We have a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, bribery and corruption and controls are in place to prevent, detect and respond.

All our staff have a responsibility to assist in preventing fraud, bribery and corruption and must uphold the Seven Principles of Public Life (also known as the Nolan Principles) as servants of the public and stewards of public resources.

Suspicions of fraud, bribery or corruption should be reported to the Referrals and Regulatory Enquiries team via email enquiries@rsh.gov.uk or call 0300 124 5225.
