The event included discussions with:

  • Deputy Director for Tribunals at HMCTS, Daniel Flury
  • Resident Judge Russell Campbell from the Immigration & Asylum Chamber Tribunal
  • Regional Tribunals Judge, Mary Clarke from the Social Security & Child Support Tribunal.

The event provided an overview of reform in the tribunals jurisdiction and answered questions on tribunals reform in both Immigration & Asylum Chamber and Social Security & Child Support Tribunal, including continuous online resolution.

The event was held for legal professionals, professional court users, local authorities, third-sector organisations and the judiciary.
