If you're unable to report changes

What to do if you're unable to update fuel prices or forecourt details due to a technical failure.

If you’re unable to report due to a technical failure, you must:

  • notify the Fuel Finder Team as soon as possible
  • keep a record of the attempted submission and the reason for failure
  • submit the required data once the issue is resolved

Persistent failure to report or inaccurate reporting may result in compliance notices or financial penalties. See the guidance on non-compliance.
