Planned engagement timetable for projects in the SSRO Corporate Plan 2020 – 2023
The SSRO’s stakeholder engagement strategy emphasises the importance of feedback to delivery of our activities. The timetable below outlines our current engagement plans for projects identified in the SSRO Corporate Plan.

| 28 July 2020 - 1 September 2020 | Reporting guidance | The current reporting guidance consultation closed on 1 September and we are grateful for the contributions we received. |
| 28 July 2020 - 31 March 2021 | Review of overheads | Bi-lateral meetings with MOD and contractors to discuss the review and identify people interested in participating in the working groups which will be scheduled for later in the year. |
| September – October 2020 | Future of DefCARS project | Establish focus groups (drawn from contractors, the SSAT, and other MOD users) which meet for a small number of workshops to discuss their current processes and systems, identify pinch points and process improvements, and feedback on SSRO ideas. |

| October 2020 | Compliance | Contact Global Ultimate Owners (GUOs) anonymously noted in the Annual Compliance Report 2020 to provide GUO specific information on the timeliness and quality of submissions |

| October 2020 – March 2021 | Review of overheads | Working groups with MOD and contractors. |
| November 2020 | Reporting guidance | Publish version 9 of the reporting guidance, with changes covering on-demand reporting, DPS matters consulted on in the Review of Legislation, initial reports, and definitions of contract completion date and price committed to pay. |
| 25 November 2020 | Reporting and IT | Reporting and IT sub-group meeting. |
| January and February 2021 | Reporting guidance | Consultation on version 10 changes, with publication later in the spring. The consultation will include changes to the reporting guidance and DefCARS to better support the reporting of pricing amendments in the on-demand CPS and capture better information about pricing amendments and cost variance in update reports. |
| January – March 2021 | Amortisation and impairment of intangible assets | Working-level engagement on application of SSRO guidance and engagement on working papers. |
