Coronafeirws (COVID-19): Ymateb Swyddfa'r Gwarcheidwad Cyhoeddus

Mae’r dudalen hon yn rhoi canllawiau ar sut mae Swyddfa'r Gwarcheidwad Cyhoeddus yn ymateb i bandemig COVID-19. Bydd yn cael ei diweddaru pan fydd gwybodaeth newydd ar gael.

Mae oedi ar hyn o bryd gydag ein gwasanaethau, ac rydym yn ymddiheuro am unrhyw anhwylustod y gall hyn ei achosi. Caniatewch hyd at 20 wythnos ar ôl derbyn eich atwrneiaeth arhosol i’ch cais gael ei brosesu. Mae hyn yn cynnwys cyfnod aros o 4 wythnos sy’n ofynnol yn ôl y gyfraith.

O ystyried yr oedi yr ydym yn ei brofi, efallai y byddwch eisiau defnyddio rhai opsiynau tymor byr ar gyfer penderfyniadau iechyd, lles ac ariannol.

Diogelu ac ymweliadau

Bydd ymwelwyr yn cynnal ymweliadau dros y ffôn neu drwy alwad fideo pan fo hynny’n briodol. Os oes gennych ymweliad wedi’i drefnu, bydd ymwelydd OPG yn cysylltu â chi. Byddant yn cysylltu â chi dros y ffon neu e-bost i drafod y trefniadau neu i roi diweddariad i chi.

Gall staff y GIG a gwasanaethau cymdeithasol gysylltu â ni i wirio a oes atwrnai neu ddirprwy i glaf COVID-19. Ein nod yw ymateb o fewn 24 awr, o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener.
