Changes to Animal and Plant Health Agency email addresses

Over the coming weeks and months, the 'gsi' in email addresses for the Animal and Plant Health Agency will be dropped.

For example: will change to

This change to all our email addresses will be completed by 31 March 2019.

Some APHA mailboxes have already changed and these are listed below. There are diverts in place for these mailboxes until 31 March 2019. We will add to the list as email addresses change.

You can continue to use the ‘gsi’ email addresses until 31 March 2019 as we will receive your emails. If you’ve already sent an email to us using the ‘gsi’ email address, you do not need to resend it using the new email address. However, you can use the new email addresses straightaway.

We will not receive any emails sent to a ‘gsi’ address after 31 March 2019. There will be no diverts in place or emails sent explaining that the mailbox has closed after this date.

Remember to check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders for our emails, especially if you do not get an email from us that you are expecting.

Finally, be vigilant against fraud at all times. If you are unsure whether an email you’ve received from us is genuine, call us on 03000 200 301.
