National Carnet Unit (NCU)  

The National Carnet Unit (NCU) are HMRC’s specialist unit for ATA Carnet queries. You should contact NCU if:  

  • your Carnet has not been stamped on re‑import 
  • you need a Certificate of Location 
  • you have a substitute or replacement Carnet that needs validating

UK National ATA Carnet Organisation (UKNATACO)  

The UK National ATA Carnet Organisation (UKNATACO) manages the ATA system in the UK and guarantees carnets issued by UK chambers. You can contact them by:

The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) is the UK’s main issuing chamber and provider of ATA carnet support. You can contact LCCI by:

Opening times for general enquiries are Monday  to  Friday, 8am to  6pm. Urgent queries relating to goods held at the UK border are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
