VisitBritain wins “The Best Press Service 2013” Award
VisitBritain Russia – the tourist board of Great Britain and a part of the British Embassy Moscow – has won “The Best Press Service 2013” Association of Tour Operators of Russia Award.
More than 80 members of the Association gathered in Moscow for the ceremony.
The jury included tour operators, tourist boards and the media who hailed the high achievement of VisitBritain in promoting the United Kingdom as a great tourist destination and its role in developing international tourism.
Alexander Radkov, Head of the Federal Agency for Tourism and President of ATOR, thanked VisitBritain for active cooperation with Russian tour operators and the media, which have resulted in growth of inbound flow to the UK and now accounting for 227,000 visits from Russia.
