UK Minister for Business Engagement to visit India

The Rt Hon Greg Barker MP will visit New Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai.

The Rt Hon Greg Barker MP, UK Minister for Business Engagement with India and Minister of State for Climate Change and Energy, will visit India from 6 to 10 February.

In Delhi, Minister Barker will meet Indian ministers, senior government officials and investors. He will inaugurate the SMMT (Society for Motor Manufacturers and Traders) pavilion at the Auto Expo at Pragati Maidan. The minister will address Delhi Sustainable Development Summit (DSDS) and also participate in a webinar hosted by UK India Business Council for UK SMEs.

In Kolkata, the minister will attend the GREAT trade roadshow. He will meet state ministers and key stakeholders and experts on green growth.

In Mumbai he will meet senior government officials.
