The Home Secretary’s arrival follows the recent visits to Pakistan of British Prime Minister David Cameron, Foreign Secretary William Hague and International Development Secretary Justine Greening.

This latest visit by a British Cabinet Minister further underlines the UK’s continued commitment to a deep, long-term and strategic relationship with Pakistan.

During her visit, the Home Secretary will advocate further co-operation between the UK and Pakistan in our efforts to tackle the shared threats posed by terrorism, narcotics trafficking and illegal migration.
