Second Environmental Encounter of the Productive Sector
Kevin Houston, CEO of Carbon Masters, will be the keynote speaker at the event, organised by the Chamber of Industries and sponsored by the British Embassy.

The event will take place in Quito on Thursday 19 September from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm at the Hilton Colón Hotel. It is aimed at raising awareness among different actors on the importance of energy efficiency and emissions reduction. It also seeks to promote sustainable manufacturing practises and the reduction of carbon footprint among private companies.
Ecuadorean Minister of Environment Lorena Tapia will address the audience during the event. British expert Kevin Houston, CEO of Carbon Masters, will give the conference “Measurement and reduction of carbon footprint in the productive sector”. Local private companies will also talk about their positive experiences in evaluating and reducing their carbon footprint.
