Important changes on payment procedures for UK visa applicants in Moldova

From 30 April 2013 all applications for a UK visa must be completed and paid online before applicants go to the visa application centre at the British Embassy Chisinau with their printed copy of the application form and to submit their biometric data (fingerprints and photograph).

Payments can be made online using MasterCard, Visa Credit and Visa Debit cards or through the online Web Money eWallet system and at Web Money points located throughout the Republic of Moldova Payments must be made in Euros.

From 30 April 2013 it will no longer be possible for visa application fees to be paid in cash at the visa application centre at the British Embassy Chisinau. From 30 April 2013 the visa application centre at the British Embassy Chisinau will only accept applications from applicants who have applied for their visa and booked an appointment and paid their visa application fee online.

In order to facilitate changes to the on-line application system, the Visas4UK website will be unavailable in Moldova between 27 and 29 April 2013. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
