New visa services in Russia
UK Visas & Immigration in partnership with Teleperformance expands its Priority Visa Service and adds Prime Time Appointment.
Settlement Priority Visa Service
On 24 June 2015, UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) in partnership with Teleperformance expands its Priority Visa Service to include applications from customers that permanently want to settle in the United Kingdom. Customers applying for Settlement can have their application prioritised and in normal circumstances, this service would enable customers to have their application processed within 15 working days.
The service costs an additional £360 per customer and is available to all customers applying in any UK Visa Application Centre in Russia.
Prime Time Appointment
From 06 July 2015, customers applying in the UK Visa Application Centres in Moscow and St. Petersburg may choose to submit their application between 08:00 – 09:00 and 17:00 – 19:30 Monday to Friday and from 10:00 – 16:00 on Saturdays. A Prime Time Appointment allows customers to submit their UK visa application outside of normal working hours.
The service costs an additional 50 GBP and is available to all customers applying at the UK Visa Application Centre in Moscow.

- Apply and pay online at www.gov.uk/apply-uk-visa
- Register on the Teleperformance website
- Attend your appointment at the UK Visa Application Centre in Moscow with your documents
- You will receive an email once your application has been processed.
