Minsk Visa Application Centre moves to a new location

On 1 December UK Visas and Immigration’s commercial partner, Teleperformance, will open its new permanent Visa Application Centre in Minsk.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

From Monday, 1 December, customers will need to submit their applications and provide biometric details at the address below:

Business Centre Nemiga City, 40 Nemiga Street, Minsk 220004, Belarus.

The last day that the current temporary location at the Hotel President will accept applications is Thursday 27 November. Teleperformance will suspend operations on Friday 28 November to facilitate the transfer to the new location.

As now, all documents will be sent to UK Visas and Immigration based at the British Embassy in Moscow for assessment. Processing times will remain unchanged; UKVI will aim to complete all non-settlement applications with 15 working days.

The passports of those customers who submitted their applications at the temporary location will still be returned to them directly by courier. Those who apply at the new VAC from 1 December will be able to collect their passports from the VAC once the application has been completed and returned to Minsk. Customers applying at the new VAC will have the option to request for their passports to be returned directly by courier. Courier return will become an additional charged service provided by Teleperformance.

From 1 December UK Visas and Immigration will also be offering a Priority Visa Service (PVS) where, for an additional fee, customers can request their application be assessed ahead of the queue. This service is available for the visitors applying for six months and one year visit visa as well as those using the Points Based Tier 5 route (actors, artists, sports persons).

More details of the additional services and further updates on the opening of the new VAC are available via the Teleperformance Website.
