Fifth round of EU-Laos Human Rights Dialogue held in Brussels

A Lao delegation visited Brussels to attend the annual Human Rights Dialogue and made an official side visit to London.

This week, a Lao delegation of seven members of government and National Assembly has been in Brussels to participate in the 5th Working Group on Human Rights and Governance between the EU and Laos. Please see the EU’s release for details on the meeting.

The Lao delegation also made a side visit to London to meet with Foreign and Commonwealth Office officials, parliamentarians, the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) and others.
