Easter office closures in Italy

The British Embassy in Rome and our Consulates in Italy will be closed on Friday 29 March and Monday 1 April for the Easter weekend.

In case of an out of hours emergency please call our switchboard on (0039) 06 4220 0001 and listen to instructions on how to get in touch with our Consular Assistance team, who only handle emergencies involving British citizens abroad who are in need of urgent assistance.

Examples of such emergencies include the hospitalisation, detention or death of a British national overseas.
