Changes to the visa service in Russia
As part of a global change in commercial partner arrangements, we are opening new visa application centres with our new partner Teleperformance in Russia.
The centres previous operated by VFS have closed, and Teleperformance has opened five new centres run in the same cities; Moscow, St Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Rostov on Don and Novosibirsk.
UKVI has made arrangements for passports submitted at the VFS VACs to be returned to the new Teleperformance VACs.
