Changes to the UK Visa application centre in Italy
On Monday 19 January 2015 UK Visas and Immigration’s commercial partner, Teleperformance, will relocate the UK Visa application centre in Rome.
Customers with appointments from 19 January will need to attend the address listed below to submit their applications and provide biometric information:

Customers who have already submitted their applications and arranged to collect their documents in person, will be able to collect their documents from the Visa application centre (between 08.30am and 4.00pm) until Tuesday 13 January at:

Otherwise, from 19 January onwards (between 08.30am and 4.00pm), at the new premises. Customers will receive an email from Teleperformance informing them when and where the documents can be collected.
Customers who have already submitted their applications and arranged and paid for the courier return of their documents, before attending their appointment at the VAC (Visa application centre), will receive their documents directly to their chosen delivery address.
There are no other changes to the UK Visa service offered in Italy.
