British Ambassador to North Korea hosted Chevening lunch

The British Ambassador, Mike Gifford, hosted a lunch on 24 September 2013 to mark the departure of the second pair of Chevening scholars from the DPRK to the UK.

Pae Ryong Hyok and Ri Chung Song are both Masters students at the Pyongyang University of Science and Technology and will study international finance and management at Cambridge University for one year. The first ever Chevening scholars from the DPRK, Dr Kim Kyong Min and Dr Kim Ji Hyon, are also pictured.
