This report presents the latest statistics on type and volume of tribunal cases received, disposed of and outstanding and the number of Gender Recognition Certificates applied for and granted in January to March 2026. Additionally this report includes one statistical notice covering Detained Immigration Appeals.
Annual data on adjournments, postponements and sitting days across all the tribunals has been postponed this quarter; we will publish these tables when the data is engineered, and quality checks have been completed. The venue-level CSV for the Social Security and Child Support Tribunal has also been removed while this data is under investigation. It will be made available once the work is complete and quality assured.
