This report presents the latest statistics on type and volume of tribunal cases received, disposed of and outstanding and the number of gender recognition certificates applied for and granted in January to March 2017. Additionally this report includes annual statistics for 2016 to 2017 and annual chapters relating to adjournments, postponements and judicial salaried and fee-paid sittings for 2016 to 2017. Annex C covers management information on employment tribunal receipts.

  1. Employment tribunal receipts for the ‘Working Time Directive’ and ‘Other’ jurisdictions were amended after classification errors in the Employment tribunal administrative system (ETHOS) were corrected. SEND adjournments and postponements figures for 2015/16 were also revised.
