This report presents the latest statistics on type and volume of tribunal cases received, disposed of or outstanding in this recent quarter, and the number of Gender Recognition Certificates applied for and granted. In addition, this report also presents annual statistics relating to tribunal adjournments and postponements and tribunal judicial salaried and fee-paid sitting days.

Annex C covers management information on Employment Tribunal Receipts and Annex D contains experimental statistics on Employment Tribunal Fees, including a breakdown of claimant characteristics for the first time.

  1. Table D.6 in Annex D has been revised to correct an error in the issue fee requested by ethnicity numbers. The proportions related to these numbers were originally correct and therefore have not been changed .
