This report presents the latest statistics on type and volume of tribunal cases received, disposed of and outstanding and the number of Gender Recognition Certificates applied for and granted in April to June 2017. Additionally this report includes revised annual statistics for 2016/17 and annual chapters relating to Employment and Employment Appeal Tribunal Statistics for 2016/17. Annex C covers management information on Employment Tribunal Receipts.
