The Public Prosecution Service (PPS) for Northern Ireland publishes annual statistics on Cases Involving Sexual Offences. The statistics include caseloads, prosecutorial decisions and the outcomes of prosecutions at court in relation to ‘Rape’, ‘Other Sexual Offences’ and ‘All Sexual Offences’. Each statistical release provides figures for the latest financial year and includes comparisons with the previous financial year.
