• in the year ending October 2012, provisional data show that 82.3% of journeys on the Highways Agency managed network were ‘on time’ - this is 0.3 percentage points lower than the previous year, ending September 2012
• provisional data show that 79.6% of journeys on the Highways Agency network during October 2012 were ‘on time’, down 3.4 percentage points from October 2011
