The figures in this bulletin detail numbers of children on the Child Protection Register at 30 June 2015 by legal status, age, category of abuse and duration and the numbers of Child Protection Referrals by source of referral for the quarter ending 30 June 2015. Figures are presented regionally and by Health and Social Care Trusts

The statistics presented in this bulletin derive from Children Order returns CPR2, CPR3, CPR4, CPR5 and the Regional Child Protection Committee Returns, provided by each of the five Health and Social Care (HSC) Trusts in Northern Ireland to the Health and Social Care Board (HSCB) as well as Community Information Branch (CIB) within the Department of Health, Social Services & Public Safety (DHSSPS)
